Hello,
I've just finished building my internal wall and I'm going to hang my 9 x 21 door.
Now the door frame is about 9.3 cm deep while the wall was made with 9.5 cm studs + 2 drywall sheets, so it is 12.1 cm wide.
How should I install the door frame? Should I move the frame so that it aligns with the outermost drywall, but then the door frame won't be centered on the stud, although that might not matter?
The door is: http://www.kompanjonen.se/produkter/innerdorr-dooria---8x21-30db-hh-ljusgra and also weighs 42 kg.

Thank you for the answers.
Sorry, but I don't know what "i liv med väggen" means (can't find an explanation online either), does it mean perpendicular to the wall? But then doesn't it also really mean that you place the frame perpendicular to the wall?

No, it means that the door frame should be at the same level as the wall. If you place a long spirit level across the doorway, the frame should just touch the spirit level.headmaster200 said:
