How to install studs for electrical installation?
Currently building a cabin and approaching the electrical installation.
The wall consists of a horizontal 45mm stud, a vertical 145mm stud, plastic, and then the last 45mm stud where the electrical wiring will be run. Since the two last studs are vertical, how should I position them in relation to each other to simplify the process for the electrician when he is installing the wiring?
45 stud directly on the 145 stud and leave a gap for flex conduits at the bottom/top? Easiest for us, but for the electrician?
Or mount the 45 stud beside the 145 stud so the electrician can run flex conduits behind the 45 stud horizontally. Adding a picture of how the wiring is run.
Hope someone understands my explanation. I've searched for pictures online but can't find any. Thought it would help me understand how the wiring should be run. Because I have no clue about that and will hire someone for it.

How much electricity should be pulled?
You can pre-drill holes on the uprights if you can't slip past between the stud and the plastic.
Alternatively, mount horizontal ?27x70?mm battens before the uprights but that's an amateur comment 🙈🙉🙊

Well, regular electricity in a cabin/house of 63 sqm + loft of 34 sqm. I guess there will be quite a few pipes. Flexible conduits have been laid in the slab as well to minimize the number in the walls and thus save money on the electrical work.
I'd prefer not to have a horizontal one either, as it takes up extra floor space. Drilling should be possible since the flexible conduits aren't that terribly thick.
If anyone else has an opinion, please feel free to share.

Place the 45 studs upright, outside of the 145 studs, without any gaps. The electrician will notch out the studs where he wants to pass through with a conduit. Then, consider where you want outlets and switches, and add horizontal noggings in places where you want an outlet between two studs. Also, consider the height, outlets cc 200 mm from the finished floor (or the height you want).
