How to install blocking on the edge of floor chipboard?
I am building new and on the upper floor, I am laying chipboard. The joists are on CC600. According to instructions, the boards should have support on all outer edges. On the short sides, this is solved by resting against the truss's bottom chord. On the long sides, however, I need to block between the joists. I have nothing to screw into on the outer wall and need to attach to the bottom chord of the truss/floor joist.
Every other block I can glue and screw through the joist, but every second one will be covered by the previous block. How should I best attach them? Internal joist hanger? Toe nailing? Or could I move them in a bit and let the chipboard overhang a couple of centimeters in every other bay?
And what dimension is really needed for the blocks considering they only need to support the outer edge? Is 45X120 enough?

45X95 kortling, attached with 50mm wide angle brackets underside of kortling.
Nail the angle bracket to the kortling first, put it in place, then attach it to the bottom chord of the truss.
