How to frame a ceiling before drywall

It's exactly as it sounds, like a brace that you hang up the 45x75 beams in. You either do it with a beam type 45x45 or with perforated tape. Perforated tape is a kind of metal tape on a roll with lots of holes in it. As anders07 wrote, it's enough to put a brace in the middle. For example, you attach a beam/perforated tape to the nogging that is in the floor structure to the upper floor and then you attach the 45x75 to the beam/perforated tape.

Laser is perfect to use when you want to align the ceiling. Otherwise, it works fine with bricklayer's string too. If you attach a bricklayer's string across the beams in the middle of the ceiling about 50mm below the beams at the outermost towards the walls, you only need to measure at each beam and then lift them until you have 50mm of space between the string and the beam, then fasten the brace to the beam. Then it's ready for the glesen

Another tricky thing I hadn't thought about until now.
The electrical wiring is at a lower height than the studs when they are pulled out in the wall.

It seems tricky to work around, I think. Because the next layer of sparse paneling will need to be there.

The conduits probably go down to the box underneath, so pull out the wires and conduits, drill new holes, and splice them so they go straight up instead and into what will be the false ceiling.

Either as anders07 wrote. Otherwise, if it works, you can saw off the boards right next to the pipe and remove the boards, then force the pipes up above the glesen. However, it's hard to tell from the pictures if they can handle it due to the height that the glesen and plaster build.
