How to build a house in Norway or Finland?

Can you suggest some links that describe how to build houses there? How to heat them? I'm curious about everything.

I have a feeling that warm foundations are common in Finland. However, I cannot prove this. Also, stone houses are more common than in Sweden.
District heating where it's available and almost all houses have a sauna.
