This door has sagged at the front edge.
How do you realign it? Adjusting 3 hinges feels difficult to get in the right direction. Do you try to realign the frame it's hanging on, i.e. screw in frame screws?
First, check if you can tighten the frame at the top, assuming it is crooked. It is also not uncommon for the door leaf to no longer be perfectly rectangular, so the problem might be there. Measure diagonally to check.
