If you want really good soundproofing in the wall, use steel studs, preferably sound studs. However, the most important thing is to ensure that the wall is airtight. Use soft seal around and at all installations, and also remember to seal between frames/wall. Mikael L, it's true that plyfa/OSB dampens approximately 2db worse than a plasterboard.

I make all the inner wall studs at least 70mm thick, that is, 70mm studs plus paneling, but that's just me...

Ground boards as insulation.... Heavy = soundproofing.
I would go for metal studs, ground insulation, OSB+gypsum, seal all joints, buy a solid door.

I use roughly half of the internal walls with 45x70 and the other half with 45x45.

45x70 on two walls that are floor-stabilizing, on a wall where the staircase is screwed, and the bathroom walls.
The rest are with 45x45 studs.

So I chose 70 purely for structural reasons.
That these walls also happen to separate the bedrooms from each other and one bedroom from the laundry room is not seen as a disadvantage, but I don't think the soundproofing will differ more than marginally.

I have a wall between the future computer room and future bedroom that is constructed as follows:

From the bedroom:

13mm plasterboard
22mm horizontal tongue and groove chipboard
22mm vertical tongue and groove chipboard
Or was it the other way around with the chipboard?
Original 3-inch stud with 70mm insulation.
Original 22mm tongue and groove timber.
13mm plasterboard
22mm chipboard
13mm plasterboard

The reason for the somewhat odd order at the end was a chimney and old tretex.

Should I add more?

When I divided the children's room, I used 45*70 beams with 60cm centers, stone wool insulation, as well as a plastic sill gasket (a slightly thicker model) against the ceiling/floor/wall. Then I installed OSB and then gypsum boards with staggered joints.
