We have a house with a concrete frame and it is insulated on the outside. Now I'm considering adding insulation on the inside. Is it just a matter of putting up studs and insulation, or do I need "plastic" before I put up the drywall
I forgot to mention that it is a single-story villa.

No, I don't think you should use plastic, but you should have something that prevents your studs from absorbing moisture from the concrete. Also, you need to have a small air gap between the concrete and your insulation.
Just a question, can't you increase the insulation on the outside instead, as this is a much better solution for your house. I would consider it more than 3 times even though it might be more expensive in the end. Partly because you get the insulation on the "right" side and partly because you don't take up any indoor space for insulation.

However, if you insulate up to 100 mm, there shouldn't be any problems, but again, insulation from the outside is preferable in almost all situations.

A concrete wall is a heavy wall, meaning it retains heat for a long time and also retains cold for a long time. Insulating the inside feels very foolish, as in a concrete house you primarily want to prevent temperature differences in the concrete wall (once the wall has become cold, it takes a long time before it becomes warm again). Therefore, additional insulation on the outside is preferable.
Why not polish the wall and paint directly on it?
I would also suggest removing the wood paneling and plastering your concrete wall with a breathable plaster and painting it with a breathable paint, of course, placing the insulation on the outside if possible. This will give you the best and most moisture-proof solution.

If you are adding insulation on the inside, you must have a distance of 3-4 centimeters between the framework and the concrete wall. Use steel wires in the framework so the insulation doesn't touch the concrete wall.
