The short black one is "no". Cheap non-stainless screw does not equal a stainless screw. Not even an expensive one seems to do it.

There was a pure stainless screw at BT but it was very soft and bent easily when you screwed and pressed, don't know if they have another now, check out some other brands, a bit more expensive but better.

Thanks for the answer
For someone who is not so experienced, you just see something is more expensive, but don't know for sure if something is better :-(
BT has two types of RF deck screws, an A2 and an A4.
Bauhaus, which is located next to BT, has RF screws from Essve which are probably better but much more expensive.
I will probably go with BT's RF screws :-)

A2 = stainless screw, probably what Bauhaus means by RF.
A4 = stainless acid-resistant screw better than A2 quality.

A2 quality is sufficient for deck construction, a little cheaper than A4 as well.

Never, never, never, never, never screw decking boards with anything other than RF screws. I've done it, and they break continuously as the decking boards move between seasons. The RF screw is softer and handles this much better.

Did I mention that you should never screw decking with anything other than RF? ;)

Additionally, choose screws with Torx fittings and not star screws like PH or PZ types. The latter break more easily than screws with Torx.

Do we have any opinions on Biltema's Stainless A4 decking screws for 2023/2024?

If it's the same as I bought last year, then Jula's own are better, at least in durability when screwing them in.
Hornbach's cheapest were even worse, with many screws already bent in the packaging...

The downside with Biltema is that they can also change suppliers at any time without notice, so if the screws are good today, the boxes you buy tomorrow can be much worse. Or better for that matter...
