Trying to sketch out a garage of larger size. Aiming for somewhere around 125 square meters of floor space inside the building when it’s ready and set for furnishing and machinery. Also, with quite a good ceiling height of around 4 meters.

What I'm trying to figure out is how to determine the exact length measurements of the wall "frames" and the center-to-center (CC) measurements between the studs. It feels like those numbers might be linked to each other, right? If there is any table or standards to follow that say in black and white regarding CC measurements and wall lengths, it would be gold.

Thanks in advance.

C/c on the stud is 600 or 450mm to protect vor and insulation is adapted to these measurements.
In exterior walls, 600mm is most common as trusses are usually mounted 1200/600/300mm c/c and you want a wall stud under the truss.
The c/c of the last truss is simply adjusted according to the length of the house.

And then you have to adjust based on windows and doors so that frames have something to attach to.
