I usually clamp everything together in a package, but this might be too much to handle.
My experience is that even if you stack with spacers in between and add weights, it tends to warp.
If they are shorter pieces, you can stand them up; I've seen that even long planks were stored like that before, and I think they warp less when they stand vertically. But of course, it's a bit harder to find space for them.

I don't know if larch is worse than other types of wood when it comes to warping, but I also use ratchet straps on all kinds of lumber stacks, some with spacers and others without (depending on how big the stacks are and whether the wood is new or old). But small simple straps aren't enough; it requires almost 1000 kg straps, preferably with some pieces of wood/blocks that provide even pressure on the lumber package.
