Hello!

I have 2 round holes, diameter 160mm, straight through my outer wall consisting of standing siporex sections, 250mm thick. Previously, dust extraction pipes went through these holes, but after reconstruction, they are currently just holes...

How should I fill and solve this? I have Bostik "Rep o Fix" for repairing cracks, etc., in siporex, but it doesn't feel entirely feasible to fill the holes with this... What should I use to fill most of it? Maybe it's easiest to buy siporex blocks and saw them to size, then fill with Rep o Fix?

Siporex and cement seem to be the most sensible choices.

Buy 1-2 Siporex blocks, saw to size and mortar in place.

You can also glue a piece with tile adhesive.

What do you do with holes in the floor then?
I have through holes in my old bathroom that are going to be renovated soon.
The holes are from the old drains for the bidet, toilet, bathtub, two sinks..

I have through-and-through holes in my old bathroom that will be renovated soon.

Prop up a plywood underneath and fill it with concrete.

siporex blocks, you model them with a handsaw (if you don’t have better tools). If you want to get the plugs in quickly, you can use expanding foam (possibly stone adhesive), then you can use your Rep o Fix to tidy up the wall.

Brilliant, thank you for all the answers!

Stamp en plyfa underneath and cast again with concrete.
Good idea, thanks!

Cut the siporex blocks with an old handsaw, glued them with assembly adhesive, then sealed with foam sealant and smoothed with putty. Turned out very well.
