I reinforced a little more than instructed. I have three rebar in the foundation and rebar coming up from the foundation that was then tied together with the reinforcement mesh. When I cast the ramp, it was then connected to the foundation. Maybe a SketchUp image explains more?
How do you pour a driveway without all the concrete collapsing before it sets completely? Same question when you want to pour a staircase. Do you pour one step at a time?

A staircase becomes the same shape as the footing in this thread, where the formwork prevents the concrete from moving forward.
But how they made the driveway, I don't understand either, unless it was poured in stages, but it doesn't look like it was.
A staircase will have the same shape as the sole in this thread, where the shape prevents the concrete from proceeding further. But how they made the ramp, I can't figure out either, unless it's cast in stages, but it doesn't seem to be.
But with sufficiently thick concrete, it should be no problem. Imagine that you can cast skateboard pools, for example, but then use significantly thicker concrete and much more work with it.
A staircase takes the same shape as the sole in this thread, where the shape prevents the concrete from continuing. But I also can't figure out how they've done the ramp if it's not cast in stages, but it doesn't seem to be.
You call up the concrete company that's going to deliver and ask. If you're lucky, they might swing by and take a look.
