Hello.
Does anyone here know about potential construction risks with a house built in 1961 with a basement?
Concrete frame and metal roof.

Unsure about the presence of asbestos etc. in the materials.

What risks do you want to know about?

If it's lättbetong, it could be blåbetong (= radon)
If there are plastic mats, both the mat and the adhesive could contain asbestos
If there are framed walls or floors in the basement, it's likely wood against the concrete (moisture risk)
Any drainage probably done with cold tar on the outside wall and clay pipes - has exceeded technical lifespan.
The slab is likely cast directly on the ground - risk of moisture.
Our house from -61 had interior walls of board material (not plaster) before we renovated. Hard to hang things on and can smell bad.

If it's light concrete, it could be blåbetong (= radon)
If there are plastic mats, both the mat and the glue can contain asbestos
If there are raised walls or floors in the basement, it's likely wood against the concrete (moisture risk)

Mostly curious if the basement slab could be insulated since it has been renovated into a bedroom, but my suspicion is that when winter comes, it will get "nöff" cold down there.
I have a fair understanding, but there's always someone out there who has experience you can benefit from.

Thanks for the answer

Asbestos can be found in several places. The most common usually are:
-Eternit (walls/roof in garages, potential window sills, large facade boards, sinks). A simple way to recognize eternit is that one side is smooth and the other is full of small pits.
-Pipe insulation, usually found in bends. Looks gray-white.
-Window putty
-Tile adhesive/grout
-Plug for concrete, looks like this: https://www.byggahus.se/forum/threads/asbest-i-skruvplugg.298602/#post-3340911
Generally, things that need to withstand heat/moisture.
There can also be PCB in certain plastic products.
There's a lot of good information here on the forum, just search for "asbestos" and you'll find many examples!

Probably with a framed wooden structure mentioned in #2. Risk of microbial growth. It can, of course, be redone correctly if it turns out to be a problem.
