I will attach printed 70-posts to concrete plinths with embedded post irons. The posts, which will be about 150 cm high, will have horizontal slats attached as a screen wall.

I quickly checked online for hot-dip galvanized carriage bolts, which don't seem easy to find. However, I found partially threaded hexagonal screws at Biltema, which look like machine-threaded lag bolts. These in combination with hot-dip galvanized round washers and nuts should work.

Anyone have experience with these? Other opinions?

If all parts are hot-dip galvanized, you are probably with like 100% certainty safe.
Personally, I wouldn't doubt the suitability.

I assume you mean the one called hot-dip galvanized, and it must mean = hot-galvanized.

Why not stainless steel?

Because it's so damn expensive. Plus, it's probably not needed either...

Is there possibly any hot-dip galvanized lock washer of some kind where you are even more comfortable, but it's stationary, so it shouldn't risk unthreading. Just thought so that nobody gets hit on the head with it after a couple of years.

Where do you think I can find those? Not entirely sure what you mean. You don't mean locknut?
