T-nut or other ways to fasten a bolt

I'm really looking for a good way to attach a 28x45 to a 70x70 post that allows me to screw it on and take it off as needed. So, not using decking screws.
I'd prefer not to drill through the 70x70. There won't be a lot of stress on the 28x45, so it doesn't need to be super secure.

Blind nut, T-nut, flange nut are some names that are used.

If you don't want to drill through, it won't work with islagsmutter, they will come loose. Better with rampamuff.
