Hi
I need some good advice from you knowledgeable people here.
We haven't been able to stay in the cottage due to the problems, haven't dared to use either the sewage or water, out of fear of leakage.
I've checked around with local builders, but they don't seem interested in taking on these more complicated projects. Haven't yet found anyone willing to help us with this.

I have a house where there have been frost damages in the basement, the floor, which is about 2 cm thick, has cracks over large parts of the floor where the edges are curling upwards (looks like someone pulled off a cable and the surface peeled up). A storage room in the basement has *collapsed* and can't even open the door, only see stones through a small window in the door, an outer wall of lecablock has caved in (The rest of the house doesn't have frost damages, a bit on the basement ceiling - felt roof, but this should be possible to tear out?) and have received the following suggestions for measures, but no cost estimates.
1. Fill in the basement with gravel/makadame, the area is 3x4, height about 2m.
2. Pour a new foundation on the plot and move the entire house there (log cabin with panel facade).

NO ONE has suggested that it could be rebuilt, which we find very strange.

I have a few questions.
1. We would like to restore the basement, rebuild the damaged wall (with lecablock again) and without windows, surely it's possible to pour a new floor on top of the damaged one?
2. How can the collapsed storage room be addressed, can we just fill in the space further with gravel or similar and just lock the door, or does the door need to be removed and the wall poured? Should the door frame be removed in that case?

I'm grateful for any knowledgeable help, really need to get this in order now before the moisture in the basement spreads.
Thank you in advance!
