Hello
I am planning and have sketched out a garage I want. Now that I've submitted it for drawing, questions are arising about the dimensions of the glulam beams and whether I should have an HA beam, and so on.
I need help with someone who can calculate what dimensions the beams should have to support the weight and be approved by the building committee.
Blueprint of a garage project with dimensions. Includes side and top views, measurements in millimeters, and notes on window and door placements.

Looking at the picture, it is 7m high in the middle.
I have planned for half of the garage, the one with the higher ceiling, to have a storage room on the upper floor with an open part in the other section of the garage, allowing a view down into the garage from above.
The garage below is to be completely open (no poles in the middle supporting the storage floor).
The reason I want the storage floor on one half is because in the other half the ceiling height is about 4m, allowing for a car lift, for example. The other half will have a ceiling height of about 2.40 with a storage floor above it.
The Leca foundation will be 1.30m behind the garage and 1.30m on the side where it says 1m (changed to the draft proposal).
Is it considered a basement garage then?

I need to know what dimensions I should use to cover 7.7m for the ridge and to support the storage floor.

Grateful for ideas and tips!
