Gluing chipboard or plywood to aluminum, which "glue"?

I have LK EPS track boards with aluminum sheets and need to add a 12mm board before laying herringbone parquet.
I would prefer not to screw through the EPS boards since the pipes are quite close together, so is there any adhesive that can glue either a 12mm chipboard or plywood board to aluminum?

Regular polyurethane wood glue works. Even construction adhesives (PL400, Maxibond, SuperFix) work well for this if you want a more flexible adhesive.
