You can glue up a mirror with almost any type of silicone and latex and it will stick. BUT, as far as I know, only Essve Ultra Grip is approved by mirror manufacturers. This is because some adhesives slowly but surely corrode the protective coating on mirrors and dark spots appear on the front. If you can't get hold of Ultra Grip, you should use a neutral construction silicone. PL 400 is not recommended, but it adheres properly.
I have had a bad experience with attaching mirror glass with regular silicone. Just as mentioned above, it corroded through (this was a side mirror on a car). Next time I will use a product that is specifically intended for this purpose.
