Does anyone have recent price information regarding plastering (labor and materials (thick plaster)) of aerated concrete houses?

Thanks in advance!

Janne

We paid 45000:- + VAT to have our lightweight concrete house replastered. The house is 120 sqm in base and it also included some smoothing work before spraying as well as repairing ALL the damage on the facade and foundation. According to the invoice, labor costs make up 35000:- including VAT, and materials including VAT are about 20000:-. The ROT deduction on that labor cost will be a maximum of 10500:-. Get in touch if you want pictures and more info ;)

Unfortunately, as a layman, I find it somewhat difficult to relate your information to my question. How many of the work tasks are the same, and how can one compare the material consumption?

The information I've managed to find by searching the forum (not an in-depth search though) suggests that the price should be well over 500 SEK/sqm.

Unfortunately, I can't immediately provide the price per 2m. This also varies quite a bit depending on where in the country you are. But I recall they mentioned around 300:-/m2. (That price was only for the spraying of the house, meaning coloring with bruk.) So with some repair work and smooth plastering, 500:-/m2 might be reasonable. Regarding the material consumption, I am also an amateur ;) I have no idea about the amount of kilo bruk needed.

Then we're both a little lost then ;-). But thanks for the information, it still gives a hint.
