What are you building the wall with?
Framed with wood studs and then added OSB and gypsum.
You can finish the wall with a door casing in MDF, available in different widths. You can either install one that is a few centimeters wider than the wall, or you can split it and install molding or corner strips.

I would have put gypsum on the short side of the wall (that is, the part that ends in the middle of the room). And put on two of these on the corners and filled everything.Marcus donander said:
