It should suffice if it isn't a greater span than that, but you can also check out http://www.byggbeskrivningar.se/dimensionering and calculate it yourself if you want.
Works for C24 class on joists but is a bit insufficient for C14 class (this applies if you glue chipboard on). If you are going to install raw board or similar and want to be completely sure, then 45x195 is what you need regardless of the strength class.
