Frame up a 45mm wall with insulation

Hello.

We have added exterior insulation to our house and we are also considering insulating the exterior walls from the inside with 45mm insulation, applying OSB + drywall on the outside.

The standard is cc60, but it feels a bit flimsy if you use 45 studs. It is usually 70 studs for interior walls. My thought was to use 70 studs placed crosswise to achieve the thickness of 45mm, but I wonder if it's okay to use 45x45 as ceiling and floor joists?

Or can I use 45x45 all the way and use cc45?

Nail 45*45 lying down instead. I would have nailed them with 60cc.

A small addition might be appropriate. The ceiling height is 2.55 and we are going to put kitchen cabinets on the wall, hence why cc60 feels a bit shaky if I'm going to use 45x45.

You also have OSB and the wall is properly fastened to the underlying wall. I am convinced that this will hold.

Nail a 45*70 where the cabinets are to be attached and it will be perfect...
