I'm going to build a wall and use granite stones/blocks that I have. But the problem is how I should shape them to the right size?
Splitting them into smaller parts works well with stone chisels, but it leaves ugly drill holes.
I want to be able to chip off flakes and protrusions and remove the edge from the drill holes. I also plan to use them when paving with something like cobblestones.
I've seen there are chisels/scribes/pick chisels with Portuguese hammers; does anyone have experience with that?
How do you use them?

Angle grinder with stone cutting disc. Wear a respirator.
