There are 2 pieces of 45x70 under the 220 one and it looks like almost another could fit between the top of the window and the lower one, and almost one more between the 2 that are there, so 4x45 =180 so 180 mm from the top of the window and you're at least at the bottom of the 220 one.

But with the image as support, it became super easy to aim correctly.
 
It should be possible to see where the panel is nailed. From there you also get an approximate measurement to compare with.

24-25cm above the top of the window should be the middle approx.
