Flooring material for cold attic

I am going to lay flooring in the cold attic, about 120 cm on the rafters. What is best, boards or planks?

How should the area be used?

If there aren't many joists, chipboard is fine, but it's a bit more expensive per m2. On the other hand, it's quick to work with.
Subfloor or cheap pine flooring can handle the load from the storage without problems and is easy if there are many joists.

It will be a storage for some moving boxes and plastic bins with clothes, nothing too heavy... Will be a little over 10 sqm.

Is a tight floor important?
Cheap and easy can otherwise be spaced boards, laid with 50mm gaps or so.
Maybe even in two levels between the beams so two layers of cardboard can fit.
Once in the middle at 400mm is usually enough to walk on.

There will be insulation in the walls so sparse paneling won't work... I think that windproof paper underneath and then something planed on top will be the solution...

If you're going to install c/c 120, for example, the floor chipboards will become noticeably shaky after a while.

34x145 tongue and groove would have been my first choice.

Just finished setting up the attic space for some material storage. I laid 22*95 råspont with end-jointing (with end-jointing you can splice anywhere). It’s perfect for moving around properly up there without having to balance on the narrow path that usually exists up there. With 1200 between the rafters, chipboard is not an option; it's too far between the supports.

I tested with flooring chipboard on loose joists and it flexes quite a bit. Still planning to use chipboard but will add "kortlingar" of 90x45 that I will press down into the insulation between the rafters.
