Background: The house has had stretch ceilings in all rooms, allowing you to install electrical wiring underneath. At a later time, scrap wood was nailed up as furring, wherever accessible, and beadboard was attached to this. Completely irregular and very large centers, of course.

BUT how do you achieve 30 cm centers on the furring strips? Rewiring is out of the question, so the most feasible option is to recess the VP conduits into the joists of the intermediate floor.

The roof trusses have braces that extend down and connect to the joists that I plan to carve into.

Should I reinforce in any way after the modification is done?

Now I see that the thread is quite old, but spontaneously I think it might be better to frame up with something like 45x45 on the existing frames. And then put a spacer where the vp pipes aren't in the way of attaching the frames, then you attach the glesen to the new frames. This builds 45 + 20 = 65 mm above the glesen, but it looks like there is space.

Yep, used 2-by-3 with notches where necessary, to make room for VP. And rerouted a whole lot that ended up in flexible conduit instead.

As seen in the picture, the pipes, where they disappear into the wall, are quite far below the subfloor. So there weren't many other options.

Aha, I understand that it was time-consuming, but it was probably the best solution!
Hope you got a nice ceiling!
