Hey, I have really boring walls in the apartment, so glue and double-sided tape have been used by me and the previous tenant. So when these were removed, the paint came off too. Is there any stylish way to cover this up? My idea was to take a picture of the wall, get an exact color match, and paint, but I guess it won't blend in with the rest of the wall.

I'm also wondering how to fill really deep holes? Does quick filler work or do you have to plug and then fill over? I have the landlord's permission; this entire apartment consists of really bad solutions and problems that aren't fixed unless you do it yourself. But, of course, I want to do it right and make it look good. https://www.clasohlson.com/se/Snabbspackel-RK,-250-ml/p/41-1775

You're unlikely to match it just by taking a photo and then buying the same color; the difference will be noticeable. It's better to repaint the entire wall. Small holes can be fixed with spackle and larger holes with something like gypsum plaster. I have no experience with the spackle you linked to, but it usually states a max thickness of 1mm for that kind of product. It works, but for better results, a larger package and wider putty knife are recommended. Spackle, sand, spackle, sand. Then paint over all the damages with a roller and see if it looks good. You might need to spackle a bit more. Then paint the entire wall twice. I recommend going to a specialty store to buy your supplies.
