First condominium - first project - build interior wall & knock out door opening
As several have already pointed out, it depends on the material of the wall. If it is concrete, it can take several hours to saw out. If it is lättklinker, which is more likely, it only takes a few minutes. Does more than just the actual hole cutting include? Frame? flooring/threshold? Patching of any damage to the wall? Protective covering and removal of the removed wall material can probably be assumed to be included.
It is concrete/brick equivalent, i.e., not wood/plasterboard. It is just about a hole and tidying up the edges, no advanced framing or other modifications. According to the craftsman, it was just a day's work...cpalm said:It depends, as several have already pointed out, on the material in the wall. Protective covering and removal of the removed wall material, one would assume that is included.
