have read a lot about this but haven't gotten clarity on what applies.
You need to drill into solid material which I interpret OSB as.
Is it enough then to use a 30mm plug and glue with silicone?
I have seen some recommend using molly plug but how can you bottom with silicone then?

Or you can use p400 between wall and trim and silicone in the wall/trim angle?

Or does anyone have another tip?

A
Drill a small hole in the tile (assuming you have it) but not in the OSB. Fill the hole with silicone and drive the screw into the OSB. There's no better hold than in wood.

But should I anchor in the board or should I use a longer screw?
OSB+gypsum+waterproofing+tile = 12+13+2+6 = 33mm

Is it enough to just screw in?

Yes, it's enough to screw. And a strip of silicone on the wall bracket then it stays there.
