Hello everyone,
We are working on building a garage that will have hydronic heating, water, and electricity.
For this purpose, we have made a hole with a diameter of 400-500 mm in the basement wall below ground level.
Through the hole and out under and up through the garage slab, we have laid a prefabricated pipe for heating and water, as well as an outer pipe for an electrical cable.
On the outside of the basement wall, it is drained with Isodrän, and on top of where the hole in the basement wall is, a new Isodrän board and geotextile will be mounted.
We now need to seal the hole in the basement wall, and I'm considering which solution is best and at the same time approved.
Expanding foam would be very convenient, but the question is whether it is an approved solution.
Does anyone know?
