Is it possible to pour a slab with EPS cement on top of a Platon mat or equivalent?

I currently have a house with a crawl space on bedrock where part of the crawl space has been converted to a basement by casting various concrete slabs at slightly different levels.

I am considering chipping away all the concrete and laying a Platon mat throughout the space. Since the mat creates an air gap, there is room for any water that makes its way in to flow away under the mat along the bedrock toward a floor drain at the lowest point. (Yes, well. I am currently in the process of re-draining and will seal as best as possible from the outside. Belt and braces. Any water that gets in must be able to drain away.)

In addition to a moisture barrier, I want to insulate against ground cold and also retain the basement space.

It is conceivable to cast with EPS cement directly on the bedrock and lay the mat on top, but the thought of a damp slab that can't dry out gives me no peace.

It's common to lay foam insulation on top of a moisture barrier mat, but here the surface is uneven and the ceiling height does not allow for both leveling and insulation.

Or might there be another way to solve this?

I spoke today with a guy at EPS cement and according to him, it should not be a problem to cast on top of a platon mat. The methodology is exactly the same as for a floating construction with the only difference being that the construction plastic is replaced with platon.
