I want to set my porch columns with post shoes that are "whole," i.e., give this appearance: A close-up of a porch column secured with a metal post base, set on a paved surface with visible red guide string. Does this exist, or can I cast in ground anchors instead?

Sorry, I was probably a bit brief. :)
I am going to cast a porch step out of concrete. In the porch step, I plan to cast two post bases for the pillars that will support the entrance roof. The problem is that I want post bases that have a top part equivalent to that of ground anchors (looks like a square "cup" but I only find ground anchors with this appearance). And maybe it's not wise to cast in a ground anchor?

Jula has this

Thanks! I've looked at that one too. But I've got it in my mind that I want to cast the post shoe instead of screwing it. Mainly because the post's placement is quite far out on the edge of the porch. :)
