We bought a house a couple of years ago. A few months ago we noticed some unpleasant smell coming from the floor. I opened the floor in a few places and found that the outside wall is nailed to the wooden blocks which are inside the concrete.
I have seen "ingjutna reglar" in the floor before but nothing similar. Has this been a normal way to mount an outside wall to the concrete foundation?
