In that case, we were thinking of replacing them with another material.

Just because the stone is bluish does not mean it emits radon, so you should first measure the radiation from the walls.

Oh dear, take it easy. Conduct a radon measurement this winter (long-term measurement). In the spring, when you receive the results of the measurement, you will know what level (if any) of radon you have. After that, you can hire an expert to help determine where the radon is coming from (naturally from the ground or from blåbetong). Not all blåbetong contains radon.
