I hired a company to build a border around my garage. This is because the garage supplier specified this in their description to provide better protection for the walls against moisture and ground.
The walls of the garage are 120 wide. The company used 19cm wide lecablocks for the masonry. Is that correct? I thought you should build with the same size as the thickness of the walls.
Does it show anywhere on this drawing how thick the border should be?
It is not clear from the drawing how it should be done, the measurements 140mm can probably be interpreted a bit as one wishes. I think it will be difficult to say that the company did wrong.
19 cm block is the most common for the purpose.
The measurement of 140 mm is how far in the chamfering (0-10 mm high) at the gates should go (start), the wall is drawn thicker than these 140 mm.
The standard depth of the lecablocks is 190 mm.
