Unfortunately, it is a poor recommendation. Since you have expanded the balcony, the load on the middle support beam increases. The best is 90x360. 90x315 is on the weaker side. According to construction regulations, a distributed load of 3.5 kN/sqm should be considered for balconies.

The house was inspected by the realtor's own surveyor.... There were about 15 people and a concrete bbq on the balcony during the viewing...

A large window was also installed the wrong way - the drip strip was on the right instead of downwards.
