Leca, styrofoam, and then concrete seem to be standard, but I am open to alternatives as I somewhat dislike plastic.

So do we have any interesting alternatives?
The area is just under 15 square meters so it's not a machine hall.

Then there will be some plumbing and hydronic underfloor heating.

EPS is by far the cheapest option, yes. Depending on how one "values" the cost of the capillary-breaking substrate.
