Will be moving into a townhouse where the previous owner messed up a bit in the basement.
Walls framed with wooden studs, insulation, and double plasterboard. Wooden floors and baseboards.
Moisture damage like clockwork. The floor has been torn out and the plasterboard has been cut about 40cm above the floor by a sanitation crew.
Now considering the easiest way to demolish the rest of the walls. Planning to saw the plasterboard along the studs and lift out the plasterboard+insulation then remove the studs with a pry bar.
Anyone with other work methods to recommend?

It can be terribly dusty if you cut into plasterboards!
I would probably have broken the boards with a crowbar/hammer.
If you think ahead, it is usually possible to take out reasonably large pieces of the boards.

If you want to tear down nicely, you unscrew the plasterboards. You can easily find the screw heads with a strong magnet.
