Both are called decking floors yes, you buy decking timber when you do it yourself.
Price difference... no idea, compare the same quality in pre-fab or loose timber per m2 and you'll notice.

Didn't you learn anything while it was being built? Take a look at the invoice and compare the price of ready-made decking boards at the nearest building supply store. Feel free to take the bike. For the sake of the environment
