I have set almost all the mosaic in the kitchen, but I still have four sheets left that must be cut. It's glass mosaic, 20x20mm, and I need to cut a row in half since it won't fit otherwise. I tried with a large tile cutter, but it didn't work.
I also have an electric cutter with a diamond blade, but can it work? The mosaic is on mesh sheets, and besides, shards might fly around.

What's the best way? A parrot nibbler won't work either, right? (which is meant for tiles)
It doesn't have to be exactly straight, since it's the finishing row, so a string of silicone will follow.

Grateful for any answers!

You might try using a tile nipper.

It is available in all sorts of brands and price ranges.

I and bricklayers that I've seen working with glass mosaic use regular tile cutters, although not cheap ones, but there's no problem with a cheaper cutter. Sure, some mosaic pieces may crack and break, but then you just cut more.

I'm not a pro, used tile nippers and a few of them cracked with that too so I'm wondering if there's a really good way? especially if you're inexperienced.
Maybe the best way is to finish with a wooden trim? or something similar in terms of not cracked glass mosaic.

the last time I installed glass mosaic, I used a tile cutter as mentioned, but the parrot pliers are also a very good tool for mosaic, though it requires some technique
