Hi!

I'm in the process of building a wood-fired oven and need to cut a number of bricks into a round shape. I only managed to get 50mm thick bricks (I actually wanted 32mm) and I'm wondering what works best? Is it possible to cut them neatly in one go? An angle grinder doesn't go that deep. Grateful for any answers.
 
Large angle grinder with diamond blade.
 
A larger angle grinder will probably solve the problem, but keep in mind that it is easy to burn out a diamond blade if you are working with refractory brick.
