Crooked drilling in wall, risks to consider?

I am switching to air/water heating and need to prepare a hole in the wall for the pipes to the outdoor unit before the installation guys come. The problem is that inside the wall, the incoming water pipe is slightly in the way if I drill straight out. It's perfectly fine to drill if I have a slight angle (upward) on the hole, but the question is whether this could cause any issues since the hole angles slightly inward towards the property? I'm more concerned if condensation could form and then run back into the wall.

Today, the gas pipes to heat pumps are generally well-insulated, but the hose/pipe for condensation water from the indoor unit always has a slight slope towards the outdoor unit through the wall so that the condensation water can drain out. If the hole is sloping inward, it can cause problems with condensation water remaining in the dip formed inside. It might be possible to solve this by enlarging the hole vertically if possible (a bit oval) to still achieve the correct outward slope. Of course, the best solution is to have an outward slope right from the start if there is space for it.

There is no condensation hose from the indoor unit since it is only for the heating system. If there were a condensation hose, I would route it directly to the drain in the laundry room. The real question is whether it could cause any issues in the wall due to moisture from the hole being slightly tilted upwards.
