Cost to tear down a partition wall and build a new one - with the help of craftsmen in
Hello
We are planning to demolish non-load-bearing interior walls with the help of craftsmen and then build new ones.
What can one expect it to cost?
One wall is 3 m wide and the other is 2 m wide with normal height in the house.
The walls to be built are 3 m wide.
Also, I found the term lpm, what does it mean and how do you calculate it?
If you want to install rl in a wall with the help of an electrician, what does it cost?

Welcome to the forum!
It depends so much on various factors, like what material is in the old walls, any doors, what should be done with the floors, do the ceilings need plastering, is there electrical wiring in the walls, etc. You should request quotes from some construction companies and they will likely visit to see with their own eyes and talk with you for at least fifteen minutes. I don't think you can write down all that information in the forum.

Hi! Lpm stands for running meter and refers to how many meters of wood are needed for a job/project. It is mostly used for things like paneling, raw planks, and decking. To calculate it, you measure, for example, how many square meters a deck you want to build is, then check how many meters of decking of the model you want goes per square meter, then multiply the meters by the square meters to get the running meter. It's hard to say what it costs to run electricity in a wall; as BirgitS mentioned, you should talk to a few different companies and request a quote.
I agree with the above, of course. If you still want a "how long is a piece of string" answer, I would say 15,000:- per wall + surface layer and 5000 for an electrical outlet per wall. That being said, it can cost 25 or 50 thousand too, but just so you have an idea.
