Construction patio stairs?

Going to install an inward-opening double door instead of a window and wondering how best to build a deck staircase to it.

- Attaching a board to the facade and stringers?
- Building it on top of plinths and anchoring to the facade?

- Attach a beam to the facade and stringers?
- Build it on piers and anchor it to the facade?

I welcome suggestions

Build it on piers at the front and back edge. There's no need to anchor it to the facade. That way, you can also move it when you need to paint the window.
