I would like to know how to build a good construction when you have a foundation made of leca and then a wooden joist floor that will meet an exterior wall. How is the construction usually done where the joist floor meets the wall? It's a wood facade wall.

Is it common to place the joist floor on the load-bearing beam and then have the wall studs beside the joists?

Place the floor joist on the sill. For the wall that goes across the floor joist, if necessary, install nogging at the ends of the floor joist and place the outer wall ON the floor joist.
For the wall that should run along the floor joist, place the wall on the sill and AGAINST the floor joist.
