Hello!
We're going crazy here. We've ordered a building kit, a shell without internal walls. We've made a floor plan that is almost exact and have submitted it for building permits.
What we need help with is refining the floor plan and drawing it up professionally. Then we need help with drawing up where the plumbing/electricity/pipes for the fireplace should come in (a foundation plan that the person making the house foundation can use).
We've talked to all possible tradespeople but no one wants to help us. Please help!

Hi Åsa!
I have talked to the structural engineer, engineer, and architect. None of them want/can help us with the justification that it's too small a job, that they are coming in at the wrong stage, or that we have reached out to the wrong professional group.

A tip might be to check a number of building permits at the municipality to see who designed the drawings, and then ask them if they can help you.

It varies quite a bit how many drawings different municipalities require, so you might have to go to another municipality. (I recall, for example, Linköping had no construction drawings at all, just the regular building permit drawings, like https://www.halmstad.se/download/18...8/Exempelritningar_nybyggnad_enbostadshus.pdf

But they usually have drawings for water, foundation, ventilation, and sanitation, but rarely roof trusses and almost never electrical drawings, sometimes a drawing of the underfloor heating circuits.

This was some years ago, so it might be different now.

Take electricity with an electrician, water with a plumber. An architect doesn't have much to do with technical solutions. Not at this scale anyway.
