Pagno, I don't know if there's a wrap under my brown insulation.
If so, can I leave it in place, or should I have it removed?
Did you leave your wrap under what was linen, in your case, or did you remove the wrap?

when you start tearing into insulation and wraps and so on, that's when you get asbestos fibers in the air, and that's the last thing you want.

Hello again! I laminated them, wrapped packaging plastic around the pipes, and cold-sawed them off, then I installed new pipes throughout the house! Maybe not the answer you wanted, but that's what I did anyway!
