Condensation on the inside of the plastic

Hi, I have a bit of condensation in an area on the ceiling inside the plastic, why? How can I fix it easily?

There is an attic above, I felt that there was a little cold air in the area: could that be it?

It's going to be a bathroom that's located in the garage/utility side of the house.

It will disappear once you get the heating and ventilation running. Just wipe it off.

I already have a heater on, so it's just right warm. Then I have the självdragen and it's working as it should. Could it be something else?
